About Zorica Nesemeier
My Story
Sport has always been a central part of my life while my professional journey didn’t begin in the world of sports, my passion eventually led me back to it in a much deeper, more meaningful way.
Over time, I pursued and earned certifications in personal training, sports nutrition, and sports rehabilitation. I started working hands-on with individuals who wanted to improve their fitness, and I quickly saw how rewarding it was to help people achieve their goals through movement, discipline, and tailored guidance.
But everything changed when I completed a three-year degree in holistic health in Germany and became a certified Kinesiologist (DGAK). That experience opened my eyes to the powerful connection between the mind and body - and how essential it is to consider both when striving for true, lasting performance.
From that point forward, I shifted my focus to working more intensively with athletes. My mission became clear: to help them reach peak performance by integrating everything I’ve learned - from fitness and nutrition to rehabilitation and holistic health. With over 30 licenses in these fields, I’ve built a comprehensive, science-backed, and person-centered approach to athletic development.
Before moving to the USA, I had the privilege of working with professional athletes in Germany. That experience showed me the "missing piece" in athletic performance - the part that goes beyond training hard and eating right. It’s about creating harmony between the physical and mental, and that’s exactly where my work is focused today.
